snapVCC T-shirt for my dad's birthday
For my fathers birthday, I have always made him a drawing or a piece of art. I always made him drawings and artworks that he cannot make use of. I decided to make this artwork into something that he can use - A SHIRT. At first I wasnt sure what kind of gift I should make him, but I knew it should involve somehting that is special to him.
My dad used to have a consulting firm, and they uswed to design and make hardware and well, consult.I went ahead and asked him what the first circuit his firm made was. It was the snap VCC (figure below)
After a bit more brainstorming of what I could do with this information, I got an idea!! - use your art to make a shirt!!I researched to find the snap VCC modle that my dads firm - electronut labs - had made, and I drew the snap VCC online using a software you can find on your tablet called Procreate
Sidenote - Procreate is a very usefull software and is great to do digital art. It provides animation assist, guidelines, adn many different brushes you can choose from (this is not an advertisement)

With the help if my mom, we found a nice gym shirt we can get my artowkr printed on suing this website called printo.
Sidenote - Printo offers lots of differnet shirt types and clothing on which you can print your persoinal prints (also not an advertizment)
After looking at different types of shirts we chose a black gym shirt to print the design on. I made my design white for contrast.
This is the final product(image below)
Making this shirt for my dad was a lot of fun.
